Doll Clothes!

What do you do when you are too small to even hold up newborn size clothes? Step out in ever fashionable doll clothes! Thank you Granny K and Aunt Shannon for bidding on these in the silent auction. Today is my first day in something other than PJ's.

First Real Bath and 2nd week

Elise's umbilical cord fell off, so she now gets to lay in the water. Kira is a major helper during bath time, esp with keeping her sister warm by pouring water on her.

Kira also likes to make sure Elise has toys at all times. Notice Elise's defensive posture. Daddy napping with his favorite girls.

Auntie Em Comes to Town

Auntie Em came for a short visit to meet Elise. I was overly tired and did not want her to go home, so threw a little bit of a tantrum. Yes, Mom loves these pictures and insists on posting them.

Eating Outside

The Harrison's (Steph, Chris, Hunter, and Oceanna) came to visit right after the baby was born and Kira so enjoyed playing with the big kids. No booster seat for her when they were here!

Best. Bedhead. EVER.

Cute Pics from Elise's first week

Elise snoozin' on Grandpa J Matching PJ's!
Ready for bed and hanging out on the Giraffe mat with the Penguin
Mom and Dad told Kira she was going to have to share a room with Elise in a few months, so Kira found an alternative place to sleep!
Kira helped give Elise her first bottle.

Bath Time

Kira was a big help with Elise's first sponge bath. I couldn't resist posting this cute picture of Kira in her bath.

First Day at Home with Elise

Elise and Daddy taking a little snooze.
Kira just wants to make sure everyting is safe for baby!

2nd family pic. No more to report as of yet, we may get all of us looking at the camera soon.
Kira really likes to "help"

Bringing Elise Home

Mom got me a really cute "Going Home From the Hospital" outfit. Unfortunately, no one really thought I would be sooo small that even 0-3month clothes would swim on me. It'll be cute sometime in the future! Even my car seat is too big. The straps won't tighten down far enough to keep me snug. It's a good thing we really don't need to go anywhere except the pediatrician's office for a while.
Kira was anxiously awaiting my arrival and brought me several toys to "play" with. Don't worry, I can breath even with stuff on me.

Misc Hospital Pictures

Yep, Elise started out about the same size as Kira's doll, with longer, albeit the same diameter, legs and arms.

Kira and Eli require a little more entertainment than a hospital room has to offer, so their dads took them on a walk to the gift shop and got them balloons. Hours of entertainment!

Elise's first close up.
This is the first full family picture. We'll try for more soon.
